Diamond-Cut
That precision machined-face look OEMs use — brought back to showroom sharp.
Diamond-cut (a.k.a. machine-finished or two-tone) wheels get their bright, precise face from a CNC lathe skimming a micro-layer off the surface. When they curb or corrode, they need the same process to fix — not just paint. We run your wheel on our Lenco CNC machinery to re-cut the face to factory specification, then seal it with clear coat.
How we do it
Strip & repair
We strip the old finish and fix any curb damage or corrosion first.
CNC re-cut
The wheel is mounted on the lathe and the face is precision-machined back to spec.
Two-tone detail
Recessed areas are colour-matched (gloss black, grey, etc.) to recreate the OEM look.
Clear & cure
A protective clear coat is applied and cured.
Safety first
A diamond-cut face can only be re-cut once or twice before it gets too thin — we’ll tell you if powder coating is the smarter long-term move.

Powder coating is a thick, durable single-colour finish that resists chips and corrosion and can be redone any number of times. For daily driving on South Florida roads, powder coat lasts longer; for the OEM machined look, diamond-cut is the match.
Most curb rash and bent-rim straightening are same-day (often 1–2 hours). Powder coating takes 1–3 days because of curing time, and cracked-wheel welding is usually about a day. We’ll give you a firm turnaround when we quote it.
Repair is almost always worth it — it typically costs 30–50% of a new OEM wheel and is done in a day or two instead of waiting on a special order. Repair makes sense for curb rash, finish wear, moderate bends and small inner-barrel cracks. Replace only when there’s bead-seat damage, a spoke-junction crack, or the wheel has already been straightened twice.
